Once upon a time, Nina was working in the armed forces - a place where leadership abilities are top priority.

Then one day she had to prepare for going to Afghanistan and part of this was participating in real world roleplay scenarios together with her team of guardian angels, interpreters and advisory team, simulating her coming role as a leadership advisor for Afghan generals in Kabul, a war zone at the time.

And because of that she learned about the super power of physically experiencing and training action for high stakes environments in a challenging but safe simulation environments - in a way that makes doing real action almost business as usual when entering into the real life high risk environment.

And because of that she was very excited when she started to coach gamers in VRChat and saw the unique potential of creating training in immersive environments where you can simulate otherwise impossible settings.

And finally she and her trusted partners Hilde, Joel, and Arash - decided to focus their efforts and cross disciplinary competencies into creating the most effective and engaging VR-supported leadership training products that combines proven leadership frameworks with immersive, interactive learning unique to VR.
